When we purchased our section, there was no power available at the gate. Rather than waiting for a grid connection, we decided to invest in an off-grid solar power system that would provide reliable, renewable energy tailored to our needs. Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Logan, Steve and the team at Empower Electrical, we now have a dependable energy system that allows us to live independently of the grid.
From the outset, Empower Electrical took the time to understand our goals and designed a complete solution specifically for our property. Their work included a comprehensive site assessment, considering roof layout, shading, panel orientation, structural requirements and our expected energy consumption. They then designed, supplied and installed a expandable and dependable Off-Grid system, including the solar array, battery storage, inverter, charge controller, grounding and all associated safety components.
Once installed, the team thoroughly tested and commissioned the system, set up the monitoring platform, completed all compliance requirements and provided a detailed handover, ensuring we understood how to operate and maintain our new power system. Before winter, Steve returned to integrate a backup generator, giving us complete peace of mind during extended periods of poor weather.
Empower Electrical also designed and installed the complete electrical system for our new home.
