separate ownership and management structures including Advanced Power and M+H Power. At various points along the historical timeline and
as part of the development and growth of each business, a series of mergers and acquisitions took place. Each separate transaction was a step
towards the ultimate strategic plan to create a single unified group with expertise in a broad range of power related activities.
