Disputes Resolution
From time-to-time issues arise where parties may not be able to agree on a satisfactory outcome regarding the supply or installation of solar pv, battery storage, and related technologies by a SEANZ Member. In these instances, where both parties have done everything they can to find a resolution, SEANZ may become involved to manage the dispute process to resolution.
If you would like SEANZ to investigate a dispute please leave us a detailed message outlining the parties in dispute and the resolution process to date.
Note: Raising a dispute is no guarantee SEANZ will become involved. We reserve the right to suggest alternative recourse where we deem appropriate.
