EL-005 Secondary Batteries Committee Nomination Confirmation
We are thrilled to share some great news! Our SEANZ Tech Team member, Rod Dewar from Fronius, has been officially confirmed and appointed to the joint Australia/NZ EL-005 Secondary Batteries Standards Group by Standards NZ.
This is a milestone given appointments made by Standards NZ. The EL-005 committee focuses on standardisation in design, construction, performance, installation, and maintenance of secondary batteries and related equipment, including battery management systems. Rod's role on this committee is crucial, and his presence will ensure our NZ interests are well-represented.
This standard will play an important role in both Australia and New Zealand, and we’re most grateful to Rod for his dedication to advancing our interests.
