About Members

Proudly, our members work to a strict SEANZ Code of Conduct.

This ensures the processes are actioned with integrity, products comply with International and New Zealand Standards, design and installation are delivered with results according to AUS/NZ 5033 Regulations.

All SEANZ Members must meet entry criteria that include a review of their business history, and an agreement to operate honestly and ethically in the interest of their clients.

Engaging a non-SEANZ member leaves the consumer at risk with little recourse should things go wrong. For you, the consumer, it is a no-brainer to use a SEANZ member because they are accountable and SEANZ can investigate breaches of the code of conduct and claims of poor service. If it comes to this, let us know your complaints details via our online form here.
