We recently decided to go with solar power as we were keen on the ‘clean green’ concept and are also thinking of investing in an electric car. We found Karl to be very well informed; he knew his product well and was able to answer all our questions in a language we could understand and then supply us with a system suitable for our needs.
At no point in our dealings with Karl did we find him pressuring us to buy his product. He seemed genuinely interested in meeting our needs and has impressed us with his follow-up on issues like contacting our electricity provider to arrange the installation of the appropriate meter, his concern that we were able to connect the wi-fi stick to our computer and seemed genuinely interested that we were happy at each stage of the installation.
He was very polite and friendly both on the phone and when he visited us at home and we would recommend him highly".
