NZQA Level 4 micro-credential (20 credits) endorsed by SEANZ.

Stand Alone Power Systems (SAPS) can be a viable option for many applications, from a remote monitoring station to an off-grid household right up to village ectrification. For the reliable, long-term supply of power to off-grid users, electrical workers involved with these systems fully understand the operating theory and safety requirements in order to design and install safe and effective
systems, as well as adequately manage customer expectations.

Course Structure:
Approx 100 hours of online learning
Three-day practical course
Online exam and design task to be completed after practical course

Course Cost:
$1,355 incl GST (NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents)
$200 incl GST (e-textbook with unlimited access)

Pre-requisite:
Applicants must have completed Grid-Connected PV Systems: Design & Installation, and we highly recommend applicants have also completed Grid-Connected Battery Storage Systems: Design & Installation prior to attending this course.
