Stand Alone Power Systems (SAPS) can be a viable option for many applications, from a remote monitoring station to an off-grid household right up to village electrification. For the reliable, long-term supply of power to off-grid users, electrical workers involved with these systems fully understand the operating
theory and safety requirements in order to design safe and effective systems, aswell as adequately manage customer expectations.

Course Structure:
Approx 100 hours of online learning
Three-day practical course
Online exam and design task to be completed after practical course
Attendees get to attend the same three-day practical course as those completingthe design & installation course so they can observe and assist with any
installation tasks.

Course Cost:
$2,584 incl GST
$250 incl GST (e-textbook with unlimited access or hardcopy)

Pre-requisite:
Applicants must have completed Grid-Connected PV Systems: Design Only, and we highly recommend applicants have also completed Grid-Connected Battery
Storage Systems: Design Only prior to attending this course.

Who should attend:
Non-Practicing Electrical Engineers and experienced solar Sales Personnel with the appropriate electrical theory knowledge.
